While I agree with much of your commentary, there actually are `differnces this time`, to wit:

1)Patriot is actually generating revenue now

2)Patriot actually has significant cash on hand

3)Much, or some, of the pressure from debentures/warrants has been mitigated

4)They have little/no debt (I can remember buying 6 years ago and heck they had outstanding payroll taxes overdue and I was thining to myself, what am I buying into this outfit for when they can`t even deposit their withholdings)

5)They have new leadership that is apparently hell bent on making a go of this enterprise and actually increasing shareholder value (even if it meant licking wounds, swallowing pride, and partnering with unsavory types)

6)They have beefed up their BOD with some real players

7)They have articulated a new business model that contemplates multiple business scenarios and long-term opportunities (all eggs not in one basket, hopefully)

8) They are paying a dividend!

Actually, I think things are vastly different this time.

Now, perhaps you meant things are not different with respect to manipulation of share price by MM`s and the like. That maybe so, and I would agree with you there. However, maybe we can soon add a #9 to the list above that reads - `Patriot has applied to the NASDAQ for listing`.
