ptsc owns the patents with tpl to basically any chip that runs over 120mz. That is the patent. Intel does not own
it nor AMD. PTSC and TPL are co-owners. They have had 5
companies sign agreeing to pay for use of the patent. The
payees are by no means small comapanies...in fact industry leaders. Could they have afforded court costs to fight this...definetly yes. but they chose to abide by the patent and pay. there are probably a 1000 companies that will have to pay or fight in court. there naturally will be ups and downs and probably a court fight or two.
understand that we will have ups and downs....the nature of money, markets and individual goals. but IMO if you sell this stock because of a down day you really dont understand what is at stake here. the market place
is becoming very patent oriented and you own the patents
in this stock. try to ride the ups and downs and as ron says find ``your selling point`` and stick to it. but dont
get hung up on stock fluctuations.....this is a whole other
ballgame with motives that are not always ``honest``.
just my opinion......
