Not exactly imo. PR stated ``for shareholders and qualified warrant holders``, so I looked in 8k to see what was ``qualified``. Looked to me as tho the .02 dividend would amount to less than $1mil. to S/L. because there were some 25mil.warrants, non-qualifing. The real ``carrot`` was again reseting ALL of their warrants (Swartz now .0399, Lincoln now .015) Plus...giving them the ``make up`` 7 mil warrants. And allowing them twice the control over the company. To me, there seems to be something here that is giving hint to PTSC future. joe
