no small degree of surprise. Firstly, this is not 2000. Secondly, this is not edig. Finally, there is absolutely no correlation between our current situation and any situation e.Digital has ever been in. This patent portfolio is for real and has been ever since the two separate entities agreed to quit pulling in opposite directions and start pulling together toward a common goal. I have set a specific sell point for a portion of my holdings, but believe me I do not intend to sell the majority of my meager portfolio for at least a couple of years. Forget about P/Es based on current revenues and look at a couple of facts that I believe will drive our shareprice in the future. Fact one: powerful players have already recognized the validity of our patent portfolio and paid for its` use. These are companies that do not throw money around frivilously. Fact two, we have barely scratched the surface of infringers and the market is figuring that out as we speak. Our P/E will be based on expected earnings not on what we currently have booked. When we reach NAS status and the big funds can buy shares, the price will rocket exponentially. Everyone who manages a fund is going to want to own a part of this portfolio of patents. This is where we differ from edig in 2000 - we actually have something to sell that business needs and we have no debt. Companies with cash and no debt who are paying a dividend - count how many of those you know about and you will see my point. I am neither clairvoiant nor an investment genius. This is just how I see things. Have a great week ahead and I hope you sell a car or two to get you by until PTSC is ready to harvest...;>))
