1.. It is my belief that Intel`s `milestone payment` was actualized when PTSC & TPL agreed to combine the ownership of the patents, and PTSC drop their litigation against Intel.. Some here still hold out hope that it actually may mean royalties, but personally I do not believe this. They are a pure chip producer & as such paid one time fee

2.. Ignite/Inflame are the sole property of PTSC. No one here knows just will come of it... some believe it has already been incorporated into products or is being incorporated: Sony, Gen Dynamics- DoD, Altera... some believe since PTSC currently has no working engineers that it has been shevled, either permanently or for the time being [supposedly Ignite does not have a complement suite of tools, and this has intefered with marketing].. some believe that TPL`s Intelasys program is actually working with Ignite tech for the purpose of marketing Moore`s latest microprocessor. No one knows.. these are only speculations from the board.

IMO if nothing is done with I/I it will have been a great waste of technology & potential income.. I still see a place in the embeded market & Java apps, not to mention Inlame`s potential.. but we have waited an awfully long time for this to happen.. for whatever reasons it had not come to fruition
