As I mentioned the other day, I had a request in to Hawk about the expectation of an 8-k on the Casio deal. I now have the following reply:

``It has not been disclosed at this point. Stay tuned.``

If you`re like me, the sound of ``Stay tuned`` has an exceptionally nice ring to it !! Best
