Marc, very good post....Yep i am confused too......Like i posted before, for these first co`s the settlement price is probably chump change.....They were smart to settle and more on..........

Large stubborn co`s are or were just playing hard ball with the past 97 lb weakling.........

I believe the bargin price carrot is still out there to be picked..........It will be for some time.......IMO, the co`s that do not pay these small fee`s risk everything.......Ptsc can make a ton on volume, so why fight for a home run..........Make it easy on everyone............TLP will have more money than in their wildest dreams if what they say is true......Larry
