Seems we are due company reporting regarding both the Casio and Fujitsu settlements. The delay in such reporting does suggest that there is a strategy in play. Certianly these settlements would be considered ``materially significant``. But reporting would reveal the dollar values, cluing in other infringers who may be in negotiations. Perhaps the strategy is to pocket several licensees, then report with only the all-up, cum dollar value so individual settlement amounts aren`t revealed.

In any case, I suspect there is some time limit on reporting per the SEC (anyone know?).

That reporting should cause our next pop, unless of course we hear of more licensees first.

BTW, anyone have a working link to the Alliancense site. The one I had seems to have crapped out....

When is the media at large going to get a grip on this story?
