I haven`t waded through all the posts, so pls fogive if someone else has posted this -- but it`s my understanding that the fujitsu portion of the lawsuit has been stipulated for dismissal, which judge ward has signed. also stip`d for same in ca, tho i don`t know if judge jenkins has signed yet.
so far as i can tell, however, the other three japanese parties are still in this; fujitsu essentially bailed when they settled w/tpl and bought a license.
