Fujitsu Settlement

Not being a lawyer, but since Fujitsu was one of the 4 Co`s goint to court with TPL and now that they have settled will that alter the trial date........Can the fact that they were part of the litigation and now are no longer part of the J4 benefit our chances..............Larry
