Thanks for the interesting and informative post and the effort you went through to get it. You friends post reminded me of things I had forgotten but more importantly it let me know how much I do not know.
It is post like these that give us the ability to learn what ptsc has or does not have. I also hope that you can find additional knowledgable sources that you may wish to share with us.
