Giff was a victim of the patents merger IMO.. too much bad water to pass under that bridge.. I no nothing of his lawsuit against PTSC

Nunnaly supposedly left of his own volition(sp?) to start another buisness, with his spouse I believe taking part.. I wish they would bring him back

Outside of Board members.. I think three, as you state, if Turley counts
