Hey buddy!

I`m thinking that the delay in the 8-K filing has to do with PTSC not actually having received/deposited the money yet. Until the money is in hand, I suspect no reporting is required (especially under the circumstance of TPL being sort of a ``middle man``). This line of thinking is somewhat comforting if you buy into it.... The longer it takes, the more money it may be! LOL How long does it take to round up $50-100M? LOL

But I KNOW nuttin`!
