If you want to show consistent quarter over quarter growth, you push it into the next quarter.
But if you`re under the gun and not meeting your numbers, you squeeze it to the present quarter. Gives you time to breathe before sweating the next quarter.
PTSC is under no pressure to make numbers this quarter. They`ve already done close to a 10-bagger - How can shareholders complain (well, there will always be someone)
