Could it be that Sony is willing negotiating in good faith negotiations directly w/TPL, without benefit of Legal (on the TPL side?
Some exposure on the TPL side, but then again trust is a very important issue in Asian negotiation (well, as it should be for everyone).
Someone with experience, please chime in on the exposures, as I`m sure there are quite a few....
