And this is a huge WHAT IF, more of a dream.....

What if:

Allacense put a clause in the contract that would require manufactures` of unfinished goods such as Intel and AMD to

require ``system level`` retailers(like HP and Casio) to have a licence for MMP before they are allowed to ship them the chips.
