A good part of the expenses you mentioned were one-shot deals. I don`t remember off-hand what they all were, but if you go back and disect the financials they will become apparent.

I`m not saying there aren`t expenses involved, but certainly much more than 1/3 will be dropping to the bottom line with new licensing deals.
