In the hoopla of the last couple weeks, I have lost my concentration on the court cases.

When is the first possible time TPL/Patriot will stand before a judge who could derail our recent progress? Are the current cases only to determine the location? CA. or TX. or could more come out of these initial appearances? With what has transpired lately, I would think it might be to our advantage to stay out of court in the near future? Any thoughts?
