System manufactures (HP, Casio) will also pay royalties on sold products, or so it seems to be worded.. Personally, I believe that is a done deal, but there has been no actual proof that they are paying royalties, just that TPL/Alli/PTSC have all strongly eluded to it. Pure chip manufactures pay a one time licensing fee for the MMP portfolio.. no recurrent revs/royalties from them.. unless I would guess they expand into end system products.
