Serious Wild Speculation and Question

If PTSC issued a special 2 cent stock dividend after the deal with HPQ will that mean that we will get another dividend with this deal? If we do, can we look forward to a special dividend everytime a deal is signed? I am looking for a pattern to start here. Thoughts and opinions?
