Dividend payable to holders of record as of Feb. 24th.
Potential sell off on 2/27 and 2/28.
End of quarter occurs Feb. 28th.
Next deal (IMHO) to be announced 3/1; which does two things: shores up share price that may be sagging ex-div., and puts revenue from next deal into the next quarter, thereby guaranteeing another profitable quarter.
From a number of angles there is importance in stringing together multiple quarters of advancing revenues and profits. With the confidence exhibited in recent company statements, there are probably deals that are effectively done, but for ``business reasons`` have had their signing delayed until a certain date to accomodate one or both parties interests (as noted above).
I just believe there is a timing factor at play somewhere, and that is my speculation as to where we are headed. What are your thoughts?
