Thanks for bringing up Sony. Let me try to get this straight.... Sony is of course on the infringers list. Though I don`t recall actually seeing it, some say they WERE on the docket in SF, and maybe in TX too. Were they really there? Now they are not on either? Just afraid I`m mis-informed.... But if they were on either, and now are not, that certainly suggests that settlement action is near complete.

As for settlement amount, I`d be surprised if it were for only $10M, and would expect at least $20 (like HP) and more likely $40M (based on trend), or as much as $80M. Yeah, I think the PPS might improve a bit!

Help with my understanding of the Sony situation will be appreciated.
