the ip into revenue. tpl has accomplished this and i don`t believe PTSC management group would have ever been able to negotiate a deal. getting rid of ptsc management was the best outcome i could have hoped for. at least with tpl we are and have been moving forward. b & o should be held liable but there was silver lining in this....ptsc was forced to merge with tpl. jmop....teremoto
