Thanks Fut. So if the price is high enough, Swartz merely converts and we don`t buy? Do you think some are in for the 2 cent dividend (a quick 5% - no risk - hold till 2/24 and dump?)

maybe I shouldn`t be investing here since the warrant issues are above my understanding, but exciting nonetheless and
