I don`t think that TPL is trying to do a ``hostile take-over``--If getting on the open market is their game-plan, I think that it will be done with welcome arms from PTSC--a merger is not the same as a takeover. We would still all be shareholders--same infringment benefits--only, a much more united and stronger company with a full staff, R&D team, and new projects underway. ads
