Given the battle that the J4 are giving TPL, is the settlement less or more likely to be well in excess of the HP deal? So, assuming $100m as a minimum($25m each), raised to $300m(triple damages), gives PTSC $150m, or a potential 40 cents dividend. 20 times the current price isn`t going to be far short of your target... then there are the other 146-plus infringers.
Also, those that aren`t sitting at the table, cash-in-hand, are going to be paying substantially more than the current discounted rates
