If there was no impending news...what is our motivation to give an additional 7 mil. in warrants to debentures that are to mature on 03/23/06? (Curiously,one day after dividend is set to issue)If news is coming then it will save the company further dilution by getting rid of S/L`s option to purchase additional shares. (Big news would insure a price of over .20) Saving dilution of another aprox. 15mil debentures and is it 29mil. warrants?joe
