Not a bad question. Noone has follwed up on my confirmation request, but I would guess that S&L have shares close to 9.98% of the 304mil outstanding =over 30mil. Plus Debentures of say 15mil. plus Warrants of 123+mil,which includes the recent 7mil incentive.joe
