Hi Ron - Here`s a legal question for you

You probably do not know for sure but in situations like ours (ptsc/tpl) how do attorneys usually charge for suits of this type? Is it by retainer or % of win or settlement if there is one or the other.

I ask because the legal cost (if there are any) would obviously be factored into the future cash requirements of ptsc.
