jo - Tomorrow`s ruling, if indeed we get one, isn`t about winning or losing this case... it`s about trying it in Texas vs. California. The case will go forward regardless. I tend to think that the J4 will eventually settle with us out of court regardless of where it is held. We have alot of ammo on our side now... INTC, AMD, and HP as a systems manufacturer.
