Very nice news. This won`t guarantee we move into the dollar range, but it sure as heck removes the ceiling to allow SUSTAINED share price growth to occurr.

This will also allow the stock to base higher.

These are exciting times for this company, and I`m glad to have rode it out through the years.

Of course, if our ``resident legal team`` was/were the catalysts or sustained force behind this development, they should reap the ultimate reward, and bask in the gratitude they receive from we weaker shareholders.

From this moment forward, the days of waiting for the stock to move back into the low teens and single digits may be considered history.
