now someone sold 600 shares at 1.07

then someone bought 5 shares at 1.52

so the last price is 1.52 eventhough the ticker still shows 1.07

what i have noticed is that if the sell or purchase is not more then 100 shares - the ticker price does not change

so the real last price is 1.52 on a 5 share trade - in this case the ASK Price
