That's a million dollar question isn't it?

My million dollar question is why did they bail on the NASDAQ move?

Did not truly realize the requirements to make the jump?

Thought they could but realize nope. not going to happen?

Harder than they thought?

Makes you wonder if they thought they could do it. Even without a big plan or news.
