Getting to the NASDAQ isn't the problem. How much dilution it'll take to get there is. Not much point in averaging down, even now, let alone after any kind of reverse split necessary for NASDAQ acceptance. The only other possibility is news of a promising research breakthrough. And, really, how likely is that?
