Here we are week #2 of NASDAQ listing approval.

If you are gulliable like me and believes everything on the interwebs the Qualifications Staff completes their review and sends a letter out.

With the markets closed today, and probably some businesses, who know how slowed up the process is for the day and week.

You got to figure NO company is going into this process, regardless of the market, half done.

You got to figure that everything is a formality. 

We just don't know how "fine" the Qualifications Staff's fine tooth comb is.
