At this point we are lucky we haven't been kicked off the QB.

I agree that things are getting in position for a reverse split. Whether it's in 2 to 3 months or 3 to 4 months.

I wouldn't say devastate but it will sting. Though a 1 to 4 will "sting" more than a 1 to 2. 

At this point you buy just to off set the looming reverse split.

One can only hope that it takes off after the reverse split or there is good or great news to go with that reverse split.
