The BOD's are Hermit Crabs, they go from shell (business) to shell (busness) until they don't fit anymore (suck the life out of the company). They pump the shareholders with "hope", none of BOD's are in the "business" to create shareholder value, geepers people, look at their track record, does not take much to see the evidence of what I say. I was involved with a penny stock that had a great idea but the CEO decided it was easier as well as MORE rewarding to sell shares then to do the grinde towards becoming a legitimate business, same applies to these scammers.
