I`m not sure if these go hand in hand, but the last thing I want to see is B&O get DQ`ed from representation. It would be a hollow victory if Higgins were allowed to testify, but B&O still be shown the door - would set us back a year or so in preparation.
Even if Intel loses on the Higgins issue, what concerns me is they still might find a way to slow us to a crawl....
Am I over worrying this? Would a victory on the Higgins issue equate to continued representation by B&O?.....
