Dealing with cancers in humans and fluffy is A LOT different then selling burgers, shirts, cars or houses. The results are instant with the later. The former needs a bit of time to show results.

You got to figure if they get something to go to phase 2 THEN we'll get noticed.  

I can't imagine there is moving and shaking going on behind the scenes. I imagine it's a grind.
