Now the stage is set for Judge Alsup to rule or cast the deciding vote.... I`m all atwitter. Sure would be interesting hear lunch hour quibble between those judges that share a piece of this here puzzle.

Maybe Judge Armstrong ultimatly decides quipping: ``No way!... and not while I`m having a bad hair week, send them deperados to swing in Texas with Judge Roy Bean.``
