My knee jerk reaction is. Reverse split bad. But if Moasic can get up and running. Get that money flowing in. It may not matter about any kind of split or reduction.

Mosaic is going public so they are cleaning house and making it look pretty.

For use sharesholders it may take a bit of time to see the results.
