I skimmed over the updated 8k that came out yesterday/other day.

And just skimmed over the quarterly.

Didn't realize it was a reverse merger.

In my skimming it pretty much answered my question of what does this mean for PTSC. It means PTSC for are intents and purpopse PTSC is dead. 

Looks like it (PTSC) will become Mosaic. When the news first broke I had a feeling Moasic was trying to go public. That's what it looked like to me.
