IMHO -

DP hire new people?....no.

I`m expecting a ``Merger``....I think TPL will take our stock, Ignite and write-offs), Pohl will get a golden `chute.

TPL will build/shuffle from there.

IMHO Ignite may get shelved in favor of Moore`s chip, or a 2nd gen hybrid will be developed.

My guess is TPL wants the warrants gone/severly reduced before they accept the remnants.
