nvidia is incorporated in delaware and i am sure would have to answer some questions of liability. ptsc was involved in another merger and a license was given to end it. the merger happened. maybe. fuzzy. or just a bad dream. nokia???

so we would have to sue softbank and the saudi fund. peanuts for the both of them. softbank needs the sale and may just pay a nuisance fee. they. in my view have not fared well in the aquisition field and are very anxious to raise some money. We have been screwed all these years. payback my  view
