I kind of wondered that in regards to the merger as a whole.

What has really changed besides Johnson now being on a board.

I understand, I get, PTSC going in a new direction but it doesn't seem PTSC is getting anything out of it. It being the merger.

Will we have to wait till quarterlies are filed to find out.

About every day since the merger PTSC has been down every day.

It's kind of hard to say we're better of because of the merger.
