Someone PLEASE tell me.   Does this mean we schmucks who own about 400,000,000 original PTSC common shares will own 10% of the new company? 

10% of something is better than 100% of noting....

I.e. 4,000,000 would be 1% of the new company and 400,000 would be 1/10% (0.10%)?

Anyone seen any Form 4 Insider Trading filings? Did Flowers sell, hold or buy?
