biajj - repricing warrants

During this runup, there have been at least two days where the low of the day was an order of magnitude lower than the actual trading range. I`m seeing a low of 0.0184 today. Is this suspicious to you? I recall that this has been discussed in the past -- is this a way to get warrants repriced at ridiculously low levels?
