Yep - PTSC and TPL - separate but equal, my perception is that the future roadmap doesnt include S&L. TPL is clearly in the divers seat.

The Giff dismissal sent a message to Swartz, IMO. I think TPL has significant influence and wants to take this in a different direction, swartz not included.

I hope Swartz is a gentleman and smart busnessman about this - TPL has a damn good legal team at it`s disposal.
