I believe the word `distribution` was used because the funds were received from our affiliated company, not directly from HP. Had PTSC received the funds directly from HP, I believe the wording would have read something like .. a cash payment of 10mm was received for the right to license etc... The odd amount of the receipt is potentially due to the distribution being net of certain expenses or % holdbacks (I can`t recall offhand the exact terms of the LLC`s setup). Anyhow, my guess is it is still just a one time inflow, but still good to have. Also, unless we have lot of NOL carryforwards, we are now looking at a tax bite. I would rather spend some of this on R&D, than send it all to Uncle Sam. Here`s to a good run-up tomorrow. MW
