I can follow your arguments, but don`t understand personally some points. OK, the risk will be higher if he is a usual retail-shareholder but keeping many shares, he would be able to control the company, too.

Ok we`ve to live with him. I hope that Mr. Pohl, like you posted a couple of weeks ago, takes this point for serious and will find a solution for the future.
